  8. Place in the oven and cook at 190ºC for 20 to 25 minutes.
  9. When you are ready, remove from the oven and let cool (until lukewarm) before desenformar. They should be served cold and can be paired with salad or serve as a snack.

2. MUFFINS SAVORY CHICKEN AND BACON

  • 1 cup of leftover chicken and bacon in strips
  • 300ml of milk
  • 25 ml oil
  • 25 ml of olive oil
  • 100g of wheat flour
  • ½ Chopped onion
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 c. tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 c. tea yeast
  • Black olives and green q. b.
  • Saffron of the indies, pepper and salt q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. In a frying pan, place the onion tablespoons of olive oil and the garlic chopped and let it cook, until the onion be transparent.
  2. Then, season with the saffron of the indies, salt and pepper (to taste) and add the chicken, the bacon and the olives matches in pieces. Let it cook for five minutes and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, add the milk, the oil, the remaining olive oil (25 ml), the flour, the yeast and the egg and mix until you obtain a creamy homogeneous. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. To the cream add the prepared chicken and bacon and mix.

3. MUFFINS OF TUNA AND RICOTTA

  • 250ml of milk

  1. Start by pre-heating the oven to 200ºC and brush the shapes of muffin with butter or olive oil and sprinkle with flour.
  2. Then, beat the eggs and stir in the milk.
  3. Melt the butter and mix with the milk and eggs.
  4. In a bowl, sift the flour. Open a pouch and add the liquid ingredients, previously mixed together.
  5. Then, stir in the feta cheese (in pieces), nuts, matches, and the chopped basil. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  6. Throw in the forms and take to bake for 20 minutes or until the toothpick out dry. Leave the muffins in the form, for approximately 5 minutes, and remove them after to cool down.
