4 RECIPES BLACK BEANS

1. BLACK BEANS FAST

– Ingredients –

  • 1 can of black beans with 845g
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 100g of bacon cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato purée
  • Olive oil q. b.
  • 60ml water

  4. Stir, cover and let simmer over a low heat, about 25 minutes.

3. BLACK BEANS WITH VEGETABLES

This version of black beans is ideal for vegetarians, or even when you prefer a meal with less fat.

  • 3 tablespoons of black beans cooked
  • ¼ Of garlic-French
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tomato
  • ¼ Onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by chopping the carrot, the onion and the garlic.
  2. In a pan with the olive oil, mix these ingredients and let it brown. Then add the garlic-French into slices and the tomatoes into small cubes without the skin.

  • 1kg of black beans raw
  • 200g of sausage
  • 1 ripe tomato, clean skin and seeds
  • 500 cabbage
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ½ Teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 250ml of beef stock
  • 3 tablespoons of cebolinhos
  • 3 tablespoons of coriander in natura
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 dessert spoons of olive oil
  • 2 litres of hot water

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by chopping the tomato, the pepper, the coriander, the cebolinhos, add the cumin, olive oil (1 teaspoon) and set aside. Cut the cabbage in a separate book as well.
  2. Cut the sausage slices, chop the onion, the garlic, the sausage, place in a frying pan and brown in olive oil (1 teaspoon). Book.
