  2. After you pass the dehydration itself. You can do it in the oven or in the microwave. If you opt for the oven to warm it between 54,4 ºC and 60ºC (the temperature should not be above 60ºC to prevent the fruit bake). Place the fruit on a baking tray and bake in the oven with the door open, so that the water evaporate better.If you want to dehydrate fruit in the microwave, you must clean it well before to remove any residues and drying with a cloth. Then just put a layer of fruit on a plate spinner and programming the mode of thawing for about 30 minutes.
  3. During this time should go by turning the fruit and check if it is wet. When it is well dry, the fruit dehydrated is ready!
